All items are handcrafted, original pieces. Certain Jewelry pieces use an original, hand-woven construction technique and need special care to enjoy. Because of the jewelry’s delicate, unique design, Chisa Art Jewelry does not accept any returns or exchanges for damaged pieces altered from their original condition through mishandling or abrasive, improper use. Because each and every piece is handmade, very small variations in pattern construction of certain items will occur. And so, your piece will be unlike any other.

Order information

You will receive an email from us when your order has been received and also the order item has shipped out. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, insurance and all additional duties including customs and taxes. Chisa Art Jewelry is not associated with these fees.

Once your order has been submitted cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of the order being placed. No cancellations or modifications are allowed once an order has been processed. We recommend you add insurance to your order. Chisa Art Jewelry is not responsible for damage the items in transit, lost and missing.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped by Fedex or USPS. Domestic orders take 3 to 7 days depending on your location and international orders take 2 weeks or more depending on destination. Chisa Art Jewelry is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery.

Return Policy

We do not accept any return or exchange requests over the phone. In the event of damage in transit, customers must return items, postmarked within 5 days of receipt of goods, for an exchange. Please contact us immediately via e-mail : info@chisaartjewelry.com , before sending the items. Also, provide a receipt number and explain the defects. We will send you a Return Authorization Number(RA#) and an address to send damaged items to. No returns accepted without RA#. Defective goods will be replaced. We will not refund your shipping charges. For any questions or concerns regarding the return policy or other defaults, please contact us.

Repair Service

To request repair service, please contact us before returning the item. Once repair is authorized, repair service instructions will be emailed to you. Repair costs and repair time may vary depending on type of jewelry and specific damage. After purchase and delivery of ring products, any resizing costs will be charged to the customer. General repair or adjustment costs will also be the charge to the customer.
